The U.S. military gave no further details. BAGHDAD - Five mortar bombs hit the main U.S. base in Baghdad on Tuesday wounding seven U.S. servicemen. Six returned to duty and one was still under care, the U.S. military said. MOSUL - U.S. forces killed one suspected militant and arrested three others in a joint raid with Iraqi security forces northwest of Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, the U.S. military said in a statement. MAHMUDIYA - A car bomb wounded four civilians in Mahmudiya, about 30 km (20 miles) south of Baghdad, police said.
